There is something that I LOVE right now about mixing typography.   Fitting different fonts together to deliver a sweet little message gives you an elegant yet playful look...

My first foursome of mixed fonts was listed on Etsy as "All Mixed Up". Especially perfect for wedding favors, the foursome below features a mix of dressy and formal fonts, with vintage and modern....

I received so many questions about other sayings that I decided to keep going with four more!  These are particularly good for jars of yummies, and sweet thank yous!   This next batch is "All Mixed Up...More".

But more cute sayings just keep popping into my head!  Introducing a third batch ~  "All Mixed Up Even More"  - Eat, Drink and Be Married, To Have and To Hold, Share the Love (swap out your treat name!)  and Love is Sweet, Take Some Treats!   Enjoy!

Creating this lastest design for Sweet Sanity I was reminded that I do not make S'mores nearly enough. Such a classic combo.  They are also a popular little take away favor...who doesn't like a make-your-own Smores-box?   Our "Smores" Design is below!  As usual all copy can be edited to say just what you'd like.

Happy New Year everyone!  I had so much fun in 2011 making Welcome stickies for brides all over the country!  Hopefully this year we'll add to the list!  I am always so amazed how different colors and fonts in addition to phrases supplied by our clients can produce such a huge array of designs.

Exciting news around these parts. My cousin's fabulous wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty!  It was so much fun being INVOLVED with the wedding frills and to see everything unfold the way she wanted. Her palette was soothing and elegant and her incredible photographer {Valerie Duque} captured it all. With shades pulled from succulents ~ steel greys, washed out greens and touches of strong navy she achieved a beachy chic look. We did the placecard tags over here at Sweet Sanity and once tied around a starfish they became little take-home-trinkets! They were one of my favorite details...

Style Me Pretty

VERY excited as I take off for my cousin's wedding!  She will be getting married this weekend in Seabrook Island, a gorgeous spot outside of Charleston, South Carolina.  Was honored to be asked to help with some of the delicious details and it was easy as her style is amazing!   Her palette was inspired by all the shades found in succulents ~ steel greys, washed out greens and touches of strong navy, invoking a chic beachy driftwood feel.  Just a teaser of what we've been working on below!  Can't wait to see her theme come to life and share in the celebration!  I will also be partaking in horseback riding on the beach so say a prayer I get a good one.   Will share photos of all our little brainstorming ideas after the wedding.   Stay tuned for the next installment... Lots of lovely events are getting customized water bottles!  Such a fun touch to add to your party ~ these printables were ordered from Sweet Sanity and can be found here.    Jen picked a charcoal damask print for a Sip and See Baby Shower,  Brittany picked the big polka dot pattern for Vicki's Baby Shower, Pam chose the Columbus Skyline for Sarah and Matthew's Wedding and Sharon picked a pink Damask for Natalie and Jeff's shower.

Seen Below:  Kelly chose a black damask print with a touch of kelly green for her wedding, Deanna ordered stripes in teal, and April chose the Filigree Design in jelly and black. For Ava's 3rd  birthday party we used a pink damask print but just had to add some ballet slippers!  And finally Kelley ordered the black damask pattern for a retirement party for Mary Ann!

Perfect! Seller was very responsive to questions and worked with me on the colors that I wanted. I love the skyline of Columbus, Ohio and it was captured perfectly for our water bottles!

Thank you for the extra work you did and in such a tight time frame!! They were a hit! You're the best!
