Ordering your Sweet Sanity items is easy! We will soon be selling products thru this website, but for the time being our items are all sold thru our ETSY SHOP.
Adding items to your cart
Simply browse our Etsy shop, using the navigation bar on the left with the different categories to help you select your area of interest. Stickers are broken down into categories for brides and moms, and our DIY printable items are in under party details and party pages. If you are looking for additional sheets you can find that listing under 'additional stuff'.
If I have posted a custom listing for you to purchase, it will be listed under the section called 'custom orders'.
Once you click ADD TO CART you can either checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished your selections you can click on your cart to proceed through the Etsy checkout process.
Note to Seller
During checkout, please remember in the "NOTE TO SELLER" to provide any choices associated with that listing; for instance if it's a sticker, please let me know the size you want, the text for the sticker and your font & color choices from my swatches! As we move into the proofing phase your order will move more quickly if I have your information up front.
You should receive an email from me within 24hrs confirming your purchase. I will use the email that you provided to ETSY to contact you so make sure it is valid and keep a look out in your spam folder!
Payment
After you "Commit to Buy" on Etsy you will be directed to Paypal for payment. Here you can pay with a paypal account or a credit card.
Quotes
You can also ask for a quote if you are interested in various items together. Simply email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Proofs
Never fear! You ALWAYS received a proof before your product goes to print or processing for email! Three proofs are provided so we can go back and forth until you are happy! The proofing phase varies depending on YOU ~ processing is quicker if I receive all your details up front...please include the desired SIZE, COLORS, and TEXT where appropriate for your products! This process depends on the reply of the client so will not go out without your final "OK"!
